We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this difficult time. While we are starting to see some rays of sunshine that give us hope that we might be coming out of the Covid-19 situation in coming weeks and months, for the immediate future (the current thinking is July 6th) we are still conducting business out of an abundance of caution. As businesses in our community start to "re-open," we will monitor the situation and make the wisest possible choices going forward. So, while we are just as anxious to get back to "normal" as everyone else, we are not going to rush into any choices that might make us or our customers vulnerable to another outbreak.

What that means is that, while we are in the office during normal business hours, we are still practicing "social distancing" procedures. Those include, but are not limited to, keeping the front door locked. If you need to make a payment, please call when you arrive and we will be glad to provide "curb service." If for any reason you need to come in to speak with a team member, we respectfully request that you wear a mask. If you don't have one, please allow us to provide one for your use which you can take with you.

If you don't need to speak with anyone, you can still drop any payments in the “drop slot” in the door. We would prefer to not accept any cash at this time. If cash is your only available method for payment, we will do all we can to accommodate your needs. If you include your payment statement with your payment, we will process your payment and mail a receipt to you the same business day.

If you prefer to make your payment by card, you can always call our office to pay by phone with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, or even by an electronic funds transfer from your account.

We will all get through this together….In these incredibly uncertain times, we simply encourage everyone to use their judgment, exercise all reasonable precautions to avoid anyone who is, or has been, sick in recent days or weeks. In the meantime, we are going to do all we can to keep "business as usual" in the office. However, almost anything you might normally come by the office to do, you can take care of online or by phone. At least for the foreseeable future, we recommend this path to as many of our customers as possible. It has always been my passion to help people, and my career as a State Farm Insurance Agent has allowed me to do just that for over forty-one years! One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping families recover to "normal" after they have a claim. During normal times, one of the most important parts of our job is providing the most accurate information to all our customers. However, during these times of trial, one of the most important things we get to do is simply love on and encourage as many people as we can. We understand that many are struggling, and we will do all in our power to help our community get through this tough period. So, if you're in need of talking to someone who isn't grumpy, please feel free to call any time.

During this time, we are sort of encouraging our customers to do as much of their business as possible by phone or online. However, if you absolutely NEED to come to the office, someone will be here during our regular business hours. We are working with a "skeleton" crew for the foreseeable future, but someone will be here to handle your needs. If you need to make a payment, we do ask that you pay in some form other than CASH. Please help us protect the health and well-being of our team as we do all we can to be a part of the solution by limiting as much contact as we can.

In many cases, this is as simple as taking a few minutes to go over policy coverage, just to verify that we're all on the same page. Other times, the situation requires a more in-depth discussion. No matter how long it takes, we want to make 100% sure our customers understand exactly what they have.

The decision on who to do business with is a very important one, and we know that our customers take that decision very seriously. When you hire us to be your insurance agent, we take that responsibility very seriously.  It is our job to make sure you never have any surprises regarding your insurance coverage, especially when you have a claim.
